Fully rewrote the deals view with a Celery service with batched email digests, and the agent-output review surface. Embedded Oliv inside Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite and AdvancedMD. Shipped Ask AI for natural-language account queries and an n8n triage flow for RCA without touching CloudWatch. Cut fatal prod errors from 500+/hr to 20/hr.
