Fully rewrote the deals view with a Celery service with batched emails, and the agent-output review surface. Embedded Oliv inside Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite and more. Shipped Ask AI for account queries & an n8n triage flow for RCA without touching CloudWatch. Cut fatal prod errors from 500+/hr to 20/hr.
